ZARAN News

Every quarter ZARAN produces 10,000 copies of its newsletter which are distributed countrywide.  ZARAN News reports on the latest activities undertaken by ZARAN, as well as updating readers on current events in Zambia and internationally that impact on Human Rights and HIV and AIDS.

In addition to news, the newsletter provides in-depth and accessible features on important human rights and HIV and AIDS issues, such as Why Crimininalisation of HIV will harm women, Early infant diagnosis of HIV using PCR technology, universal access to HIV treatment care and support, ARV therapy, mandatory HIV testing, law reform and Zambian politician’s responses to HIV and AIDS.

The newsletter is distributed nationally through the National HIV/AIDS/STI/TB Council (NAC) structures of Provincial AIDS Task Forces (PATFs) and District AIDS Task Forces (DATFs).
