In order to deliver this, ZARAN will implement the following strategies:

• Improve the institutional and technical capacity to develop appropriate IEC and media products.
• Engage and interact with national, regional and international partners to improve ZARAN’s programming and effectiveness.
• Initiate innovative ways of disseminating information to various target audiences on key aspects of HIV&AIDS and Human Rights.
• Participate in local and national development processes especially those related to the promotion and protection of Human Rights as it relates to HIV&AIDS.
