To do so, ZARAN will implement the following strategies:

• Improve the quality and relevance of ZARAN’s research and policy analysis activities.
• Strengthen the research standards and quality of data collection and analysis.
• Capacity development of ZARAN as a key research organization at a regional and international level.
• Influence policy formulation as well as design of national development programmes to ensure the wellbeing of PLWHA and the affected, are taken into consideration.
• Develop capacity to publish research and policy analysis in peer reviewed publications.
