The following strategies will be implemented to achieve the strategic objective:

• Strengthen the AIDSLAW Clinic to become more effective in its operations, including the recruitment of full time legal practitioners.
• Develop a tracking system for HIV&AIDS cases which are being handled by ZARAN.
• Establish a litigation fund for clients of the AIDSLaw Clinic whose cases require litigation, mediation or arbitration.
• Provide opportunities for training and skills development for the Judiciary and the Legal fraternity in a rights based approach to dealing HIV&AIDS.
• Advocate for the review and strengthening of the legal framework on HIV&AIDS and Human Rights.
