Overview:

For the purpose of achieving ZARAN’s strategic objectives, a programme approach rather than the traditional departmental approach has been used. What this essentially means is that ZARAN will be implementing specific programmes in the next five years and these will be developed around each of the five strategic objectives.

The five implementation programmes are:

• HIV & AIDS Legal Services (HLS)
• HIV & AIDS Research and Policy Analysis (HRPA)
• HIV & AIDS Advocacy and Community Outreach (HACO)
• Information Management and Networking (IMN)
• Organisation Development and Governance (ODG)
