AIDSLaw Clinic

You may need to fill in a short questionnaire about you and your experience.  But don’t worry, all the information collected will be kept absolutely confidential.  If you are unable to read or write, Clinic staff will help you to fill out the questionnaire.

Once the Clinic staff member has a clear understanding of your case, s/he will explain to you what will happen next.

You may need to provide some documents, or together will the Clinic staff you might need to organise a negotiation session with your employer.

But don’t worry.  Whatever happens will be clearly explained to you and you have the right to decide how your case progresses.

If I want to come to the Clinic what should I do?
