ZARAN’s Structure and Staff In order to effectively and efficiently provide is services, ZARAN’s organisational structure is comprised of its membership, a Board of Trustees and a Secretariat. Membership ZARAN’s is a membership organisation. The purpose of having members is to provide direction to ZARAN’s work and to provide legitimacy to ZARAN’s actions as members are drawn from the environment in which ZARAN works. Membership is categorised into three groups: - Individual - Organisational - Associate Individual members are drawn from all walks of life: law students, practicing lawyers, teachers, social scientists, people living with HIV and AIDS, specialists in HIV and AIDS and development. Organisational members include the following reputable organisations: - Afya Mzuri - Circles of Hope Support Group - Envision Zambia - Prisons Counselling and Care Association (PRISCCA) - Treatment Advocacy and Literacy Campaign (TALC) - Zambia Business Coalition Association (ZBCA) - Zambia Health Education Communication Trust (ZHECT) - Zambia Interfaith Networking Groups on HIV/AIDS (ZINGO) - AIDS Workplace Programme in Southern Africa (AWiSA) - Comprehensive HIV/AIDS Management Programme (CHAMP) |
